Work Experience
I am the Assistant Pastry Chef at the 1 Star Michelin Omakase restaurant, Kadence. I help around the kitchen by making recipes and plating dishes from sushi to dessert. I clean the tables and set up the restaurant prior to a seating.
Small Business Owner
Jaya’s Jems is a small business of which I am the owner and founder. I make jewelry, charms, and keychains and sell them. I uplift other local small businesses in Orlando by conducting wholesale orders for them to promote and sell my items on their storefront.
